There is a common misconception that when someone begins to have a heart attack, they immediately grab their arm or chest in pain. While pain in the chest, arm, shoulder, and neck are common, there can be other signs or symptoms of a heart attack, including:
- Trouble breathing
- Nausea or stomachache
- Feeling light-headed, dizzy, or unusually tired
